Maple Pancakes


Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp brown sugar

¾ cup greek yogurt

⅔ cup milk 

½ tsp Maple Spice Blend



Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together 

In a separate bowl whisk eggs milk and greek yogurt until combined 

Add wet into dry and stir 

Try not to overmix and let sit for 5 - 10 min

Cook on medium heat

Flip when bubbles form on the pancake
